Return Policy 

Custom items can only be returned due to damage or errors made during production or shipping. You must submit an email with a photo of the issue within 7 business days of receiving the item to be eligible for a remake or refund of the item.

Turnaround Time

Our designer will customize your item within 1 business day and submit it for production. The design is completely woven within 2-4 business days. Your item is then shipped using UPS ground which takes an average of 4-7 days to arrive. Please order 2 weeks before you need the item. During holidays please check the turnaround time to ensure it will be delivered on time.

Customization

We take your customization and personalization directly from your order form. If we have any questions about the design we reach out to you to verify. Please include all important information and check that is correct before submitting an order.

Gifts

Our items are shipped directly from our weaving partner in the USA. They do not include gift notes at this time. We are working to find a way to incorporate this in the near future.
